My Wife Doesn't Eat Rotten Food

At least, that is what she tells me. I offered her a banana today. She took one look at it and said, "those bananas are only good now for banana bread and pancakes. I can't eat those." Apparently, bananas have a really short shelf life. As in, 3 seconds. If you want to use them for anything but cooking, you'd better eat them in the store. Here are the suspects in question.

Banana bread and pancakes! Those bananas look 100 times better than the ones sitting on our counter!

haha...I am the same way with bananas. They have to be just ripe to eat plain or else they get thrown in a smoothie or something. Those don't look too bad, but I understand.

Ryan,

I think the point she was trying to make was...your pancakes are horrible and they need bananas to hide the taste. She was trying to let you know nicely without shaming you in front of the entire world. Plus, she's worried that your child will look like a monkey. Prego hormones, you understand.

Patrick worried about your children being monkeys... let me think about that.
Those bananas look perfect to me - just when they have the most flavor developed! Course it's also when they are the most dangerous.

Hmmm...sarah would shudder to see the condition of most of the bananas that i'll still eat. Those ones look fresher then the ones in the store at Walmart! But sarah also doesn't like chocolate, so I have a feeling her taste buds are not normal. :)

I'm with Sarah on this one, I have to have my bananas green (but not too green, or else they taste like chalk). Bryant also thinks I'm crazy. :)

So Sarah, when are we going to see a belly shot? :)
